A loyalty system based on cumulative bonuses has been implemented. Bonuses can be used to pay for any car wash services partially or fully. For each payment transaction bonuses are transfer to the customer’s account, linked to a phone number, regardless of the payment method – in cash or by credit card. All information about bonuses is displayed at the information windows of self-service kiosk and at the receipts. At the request of the customer, the bonus system is fully transparent and as a result, it is very popular among the clients of the car wash, it allows to effectively attract and retain loyal customers.
All data on accepted payments are processed in accordance with 54-Federal law, in the back office available all information on operations, fullness of boxes, technical state of the kiosk. Additionally supported solutions for dispensing change:
